Blu Avery + Celia Davies (artist).
Having come across the incredibly talented Celia I instantly knew I wanted to work with her. Celia thankfully could see my vision and we started working on our new creative venture.
The aim was to merge the boundaries between furniture and art… After all why should art just hang on walls?
“Contemporary, timeless and elegant” are the major defining points of this limited edition range of furniture and coordinating art prints. They sit alongside each other in perfect harmony.
The contemporary furniture represents our shared respect and understanding of the importance to develop finished pieces as sustainably as possible whilst maintaining a high quality finish.
Celia’s mesmerising artwork was made to dress furniture and teamed with my personal style we have created a mix made in designer heaven.
This group of sustainable contemporary furniture represents our shared respect and understanding of the trend for the reclaimed and recycled.
We are very proud to present our first pieces of truly exclusive and innovative statement furniture / art combinations.
For those that can't make it to the gallery, take a look at our products below. You can buy furniture and prints from here to have coordinating artwork in your home.
If you have fallen head over heals for the design but would prefer it on a different piece of furniture then please get in touch - I can source you the perfect item for your room and we can replicate any design as part of the Limited Edition range.
The exciting collaboration will be launching at its very own exhibition at the beautiful Eden Gallery & Tearooms in Lancashire.
The solo exhibition will showcase Celia’s stunning artwork as well as three striking pieces of refinished furniture.
The exhibition opens 30th October and then will run for the rest of the month from Wednesday 3rd November - make sure you add a trip to the gallery in Parbold to your calendar! (There is a beautiful tea rooms and artisan shop there too so a great destination!)
If you live locally or are passing by then drop in to the gallery and see some of our work in the flesh!
